Humbl Hustlr Foundation honored at ‘Any Given Sunday’ brunch for Atlanta’s young professionals

he young professionals of Atlanta gathered on Sunday, August 15, at the Luxe Event Space in the West End, for the inaugural “Any Given Sunday” brunch, an annual experience curated to celebrate Atlanta’s up-and-coming trailblazers. Hosted by Atlanta entrepreneurs OC Farrar III of Kountry Kuisines, Emaeus Thomas of Christian By Taylor Made, and style influencer Rhodis Eason, the event was inspired by Jay’Z’s “Roc Nation” brunch.

“We wanted to create a unique experience that would create a buzz in  community, and exemplify black excellence, while also creating a space for networking,” Eason said. “We figured it would also be great to use this as a moment to invest in the community by partnering with the Humbl Hustlr Foundation and donating to their cause.”

During the event, Lorenzo Gordon, founder of the Humbl Hustlr Foundation was presented with a $1,000 check on behalf of “Any Given Sunday.”

Our goal was always to “highlight Black Excellence while being able to make an impact within our community with younger, like minded individuals looking to find their way into the world of entrepreneurship,” Farrar said. “The Humbl Hustlr Foundation gave us this platform to push this idea from a mere thought to a reality. Aside from creating a space for celebratory networking we also managed to assist in giving the next generation of businessmen hope. That’s what Any Given Sunday is all about.”

The Humbl Hustlr Foundation is a 5013c organization consisting of a diverse collective of Entrepreneurs and Corporate Innovators who aim to create programming for young black men to be motivated to achieve and become self sufficient businessman in their communities. These programs range from business building training’s, financial application seminars, community clean-ups, and pitch Competitions.

“It’s a great feeling to know the work that the team and I are doing in the community does not go unnoticed. Special thanks to Any Given Sunday team for supporting Humbl Hustlr Foundation and highlighting the impact we’re making in the community,” Gordon said.
